Grant Detection s.r.o. is a Czech company focused on the development and production of the handheld heartbeat detector MMD01 for detecting hidden people and animals in vehicles, containers, and cargo spaces. The MMD01 is the most reliable detector on the market – passive, compact, maintenance-free, and ready for use anytime and anywhere. Vehicle inspection takes less than a minute, measurement only about 20 seconds. Tracense is an Israeli company based in Netanya that develops non-contact systems for detecting traces of explosives and other hazardous materials in real time. The company was set up to detect concealed explosives and booby-trapped environments without exposing people to them, combining electrochemical science with rugged, field-ready engineering. Its products are BEN, a lightweight stand-off detector that mounts on drones to scan buildings remotely; GAL, a high-sensitivity handheld unit for close inspection of suspicious objects; and TS600, a robotic platform for long inspections of tunnels, underground spaces and large structures. Its patented technology uses large-volume air sampling and electrochemical fingerprinting to pick up explosive vapours at trace level from a safe distance, with no contact needed.
